Updates to reinforce the order of operations in the Spresso Console

Improvement release - May 9th, 2023

We released two enhancements in the Spresso Console to reduce confusion between the Catalog page and the Experiment Campaign page:

1. To reinforce that a campaign must be created before adding items into the campaign, we have repositioned the Experiment Campaign page above the Catalog page in the left navigation menu.
2. To avoid confusion between catalog product status and price experiment status, we have hidden the catalog product status on the catalog list view. This can be updated via the customized view, but by default it will not appear.
